Refund & Returns Policy — NA Skincare
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal care products, we do not accept returns or
exchanges under any circumstances — whether the item is opened, unopened, used, or
unused.
This policy ensures the health, safety, and integrity of all products delivered to our customers.

Non-Returnable Items
All items sold by NA Skincare are considered final sale, including but not limited to:
● Skincare products (regardless of packaging condition)
● Gift cards
● Downloadable content or digital services
● Intimate or sanitary goods
● Spa kits or items containing food-based ingredients

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at
naskincare1@gmail.com with:
● A clear photo of the damaged item
● Your order number and shipping information

We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Packages

NA Skincare is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number for delivery updates or to file a
claim.
